Who we are
This website is operated by C123 S.à r.l.-S (trading as C123 studio), a company incorporated in Luxembourg, with registered office at 227, rue Waassertrap, L-4408 Belvaux, registered with the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register under number R.C.S. Luxembourg B 310162. We are the data controller for the personal data described below.

What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, email address, company (optional) and your message — only what you type and submit yourself.
- Technical logs: our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, date/time, requested page) for security and reliability.
We use no analytics, no tracking and no advertising cookies. Fonts are served from this website, not from a third-party CDN.
Why we use it
We use the data you submit through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and, where it leads to a business relationship, to prepare it. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request, or for the duration of the business relationship it leads to. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. It is processed by service providers acting on our behalf:
- OVH (France/EU) — website and email hosting.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — anti-spam check on the contact form (processes a technical token and your IP address to distinguish humans from bots).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. Write to info@c123.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority, the CNPD.

We will update this notice when our practices change, and adjust the date above.
